Notarize marriage with non-Saudi spouse

Ministry Of Justice

This electronic service that enables documenting a recent marriage contract where one spouse is not Saudi by completing the service's form, finalizing the procedures and ratifying the application by all parties. After the approval of the documentation administrator, an official marriage certificate will be issued.

Share The Page

Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
Navigate to ""All Electronic Services"".
Select the ""Social Affairs"" package.
Choose the ""Notarize marriage with non-Saudi spouse"" service.
Click on ""Use the service"".
Select the applicant's capacity and details for husband, wife, guardian,
marriage, medical screening, place of event, and witnesses. Upload the required documents.
Click on ""Submit application"".
The user is notified of the application number and date via SMS.

Medical screening.
Providing Supportive documents according to the requirements of the electronic form for the service.
Providing Number of the electronic divorce document if the wife is divorced, or providing a copy of the paper divorce document.
If the woman is a widow, the number of the electronic heirship certificate, or a copy of the paper heirship certificate must be provided.
Providing details of the parties to the marriage contract.
The parties to the contract and witnesses must be older than 18 years of age. If the husband or wife is younger than 18 years, the early marriage approval by the competent court is required.
Mobile number registered in ""Absher"" system for all parties.
Valid power of attorney if the user is an agent, or foreign power of attorney certified by the Ministry of Justice.
If the documents are issued from outside the Kingdom, they must be certified by the Ministry of Justice, and if the applicant is an agent under a foreign power of attorney, it must be verified or attached to the application.
