The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks to enhance the role of the private sector as a key partner in achieving comprehensive development, as the partnership between the public and private sectors represents a strategic model that aims to implement national projects with high efficiency and enhance innovation in various economic sectors. The Kingdom works to enable these partnerships by providing an attractive investment environment, facilitating regulatory procedures, and stimulating the growth of the private sector to be a major contributor to achieving Vision 2030.

The partnership between the two sectors is a cooperative framework that enables the exchange of expertise and resources between government agencies and private institutions, which contributes to improving the quality of services, reducing investment risks, and increasing economic returns. The main objectives of these partnerships are to support infrastructure, enhance digital transformation, improve the efficiency of government spending, and provide new economic opportunities that support sustainable growth. These partnerships include all relevant entities, starting with government agencies that provide regulatory frameworks and support, through private companies that contribute to implementing projects and developing innovations, and ending with the society that benefits from improved services and development projects. Cabinet Resolution No. 110 dated 04/05/1425 AH was issued approving the rules governing private sector participation in e-business. The following rules apply when government agencies contract with private sector institutions to finance and implement various projects in e-business according to the approach of participation in expected income:
The government agency shall prepare a comprehensive study to determine the possibility of implementing its e-business with high efficiency according to the approach of participation in expected income, provided that the study includes the following:
- A clear definition of the services to be provided, including: the beneficiaries of the services and the criteria for their compatibility with the needs of the beneficiaries. Determining the financial, human and technical resources necessary to provide the service, financing methods and distribution of financial returns resulting from subscriptions, service provision fees and advertisements, intellectual rights related to e-government services and others, between the government agency and the implementing agency from the private sector.
- The security requirements necessary to provide e-services in the government agency.
- Coordination with the Ministry of Finance regarding financial resources and their distribution.
- If studies show the possibility of implementing the project, the government agency proposes the participation of the private sector in e-business according to the approach of sharing the expected income in a general tender for qualified companies to select the implementing agency.
- The relevant government agency bears the primary responsibility for preparing studies and tender documents for the project.
- The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology cooperates with the Information Technology Authority to develop unified standards for systems. Government agencies use these standards for the required studies, tender requirements and conditions, and the participation of relevant agencies in analyzing bids, awarding and monitoring project implementation.
- A partnership contract is signed between the government agency and the private sector implementing agency to establish, operate and provide e-services provided by the government agency, provided that the contract includes: term, defining powers and responsibilities, property rights, distribution of tasks, financing, rates of returns, penalties, etc.
- A joint team is formed from the government agency and the private sector implementing agency to cooperate in determining work mechanisms, providing, exchanging and updating the necessary information, and dealing with technical developments and work needs.
- The private sector implementing agency provides training programs for the government agency to operate and maintain e-services safely and effectively.
- Government agencies shall provide the necessary information and show a degree of flexibility during the project phases to ensure the provision of adequate and effective services.
- The government agency coordinates with other relevant agencies in providing electronic services (whether governmental or private. The implementing agency shall take this into account when determining the scope of work and its mechanisms.
- The private sector implementing agency shall abide by all regulations related to the confidentiality of information and the application of the best protection programs and a secure environment for electronic transactions.
- The private sector implementing agency applies technical specifications and techniques with open and flexible systems, and avoids standards that lead to linking to a single product that would hinder the government agency from developing its infrastructure in the future due to its reliance on a specific technology.
- Government agencies and the Ministry of Finance shall give priority to e-government projects in requesting funding when raising the budget.
Education Sector Companies
Cooperation agreements between the Ministry of Education and a private establishment through which expertise and assets available to both parties are shared to deliver a service or product for the public benefit, in addition to allowing participation in resources, risks, and potential profits resulting from this cooperation. Through these partnerships, the Ministry of Education seeks to contribute to the advancement of the private sector in support and development, and to build bridges of sustainable partnerships to implement development plans, achieve national goals and objectives for the welfare of the nation and the citizen, and facilitate procedures. The Ministry of Education has achieved various partnerships with the private sector in order to enable the lofty goals sought by Vision 2030, in response to the leadership’s interest in developing the educational process and creating an appropriate environment for male and female students. These partnerships have enhanced investment opportunities in educational buildings and scientific research. Through these partnerships, the Ministry has taken an additional step towards enhancing partnership with the private sector and achieving integration between government agencies supervising education and investment companies seeking to benefit from the opportunities available in this field.
Scientific Research Initiative in Universities
The initiative to support research and development in Saudi universities contributes to strengthening the national economy and raising the local product by supporting research and its outputs, making it a fundamental pillar in scientific and economic development. This initiative comes within the framework of the leadership's vision to support the education and scientific research system, in line with the goals of sustainable development by promoting comprehensive education and quality, and establishing the principle of equal opportunities, in addition to improving intellectual and scientific production to achieve sustainable and balanced economic growth.
The Scientific Research and Development Office at the Ministry of Education intends to launch four strategic initiatives to enhance the partnership between universities and the private sector, which are:
- Technology Transfer Offices: It aims to facilitate the transformation of university innovations and research into practical applications, which would enhance cooperation with the private sector and maximize the benefit from scientific research outputs.
- Collaborative Research: It focuses on encouraging joint research projects between universities and companies, in order to develop innovative solutions to industrial and commercial challenges, and enhancing national competitiveness.
- Knowledge Transfer Partnerships: It seeks to exchange expertise and knowledge between academics and professionals in the private sector, through joint training programs and workshops, to enhance human capabilities and develop skills.
- Researchers joining the private sector: It provides opportunities for researchers and academics to work directly with private companies and institutions, allowing them to apply their research in practical environments and gain valuable field experience.
These initiatives aim to enhance integration between academic institutions and the private sector, contributing to achieving sustainable development and supporting the knowledge economy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
National Schools Infrastructure Development Program
This program is a pioneering executive initiative that aims to enhance the strategic partnership between the Ministry of Education and TBC (Tatweer Buildings Company). The program is based on achieving an ambitious vision to develop an integrated educational infrastructure that meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
The program seeks to establish and design modern schools characterized by the latest technologies and engineering standards, providing an attractive and stimulating educational environment that meets the needs of male and female students. The designs include large and diverse spaces that support educational, sports and cultural activities, ensuring the development of students' skills and enhancing their creativity.
This program comes within the efforts of the Ministry of Education to improve the quality of education and prepare schools to be advanced educational centers that reflect Vision 2030 in improving the quality of life and building a vibrant society that relies on education as a fundamental pillar of growth and prosperity.
Partnership to operate Abdullatif AlFozan Autism Center
The Ministry of Education signed a cooperation agreement to operate Abdullatif AlFozan Autism Center in the Eastern Province, the largest of its kind in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The partnership aims to provide specialized services for children with autism disorder, and train their families on effective methods of dealing with them. The agreement also includes promoting scientific research in autism and participating in relevant local and international events, which contributes to improving the services provided to this group and raising community awareness.
Partnership to establish Almuhaidib Down Syndrome Center
The Ministry of Education, represented by the Special Education Department, signed a cooperation agreement with Abdul Qader Al-Muhaidib & Sons Company to establish Almuhaidib Down Syndrome Center in Khobar. The center aims to provide an integrated educational model for children with Down syndrome, and to qualify their families to deal with them in the best way. It also seeks to promote scientific research in cooperation with relevant Authorities locally and internationally, and to participate in events and occasions related to Down syndrome at the regional and global levels.
Cooperation to provide (Manga Alarabia) magazine for free
The Ministry of Education signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Saudi Research and Media Group to provide (Manga Alarabia) magazine for free, in the presence of the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al Sheikh, and the CEO of the group, Jumana Al Rashed. The memorandum aims to support culture and entertainment knowledge through a magazine that provides creative content inspired by Saudi values and translated international works, contributing to enriching national content with high quality for all family members.
The initiative includes providing printed and digital copies of the “Manga Alarabia for Kids” magazine for primary and middle school students, integrating it into curricula and activities, and holding competitions to develop writing and design skills. It also seeks to enhance students’ awareness of national culture, and develop their talents in creative sectors, which supports economic development, and raises the reading rate in the Kingdom to achieve an advanced global ranking.
Partnership in Charitable Work and Financial Assistance to Needy Students
The Ministry of Education, through Takaful Charity Foundation, signed agreements with the private sector to support needy male and female students in the Kingdom's schools. The Foundation, with the support of the government and its partners, such as SABIC, Saudi Aramco, Riyadh and Al Rajhi Banks, and others, contributed to providing financial assistance of more than 135 Million Riyals, benefiting 270,000 male and female students. Private Sector Participation Program
This program is part of the national transformation in the health sector, and aims to achieve several goals, including:
- Increasing capacity and production efficiency.
- Rationalizing financial spending.
- Reducing the burden on the general budget by creating new financing methods.
The program includes multiple areas, such as: rehabilitation, medical cities, hospitals, primary care, long-term care, home care, radiology, and laboratories.
Partnership Agreement with Lean Company
The Ministry of Health signed an agreement with Lean Company to provide support in health services and enhance the private sector's contribution to health development in line with Vision 2030. This partnership includes providing services such as:

Partnership Agreement with the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO)
This partnership aims to improve the performance of health services through “Wasfaty” e-service, which provides medicines to beneficiaries by linking hospitals and primary care centers with private pharmacies, facilitating access to medicines at any time, place and without charge.
Partnership Agreement with Bank Aljazira
This partnership seeks to train professionals in health institutions and associations, which contributes to raising the efficiency of health cadres.
Community Partnership Agreement with Magrabi Hospitals and Centers
This agreement aims to perform 400 surgeries to remove cataracts from the eye lens, which contributes to improving the quality of life of patients.
Partnership Agreement with Abdulaziz and Mohammed Al-Ojaimi and Family Charity Foundation
This partnership focuses on providing health services and medical coordination based on the concept of social responsibility, to enhance community solidarity.
Partnership Agreement with Mohammed Ibrahim Alsubeaei Endowment
This partnership aims to support and finance the initiative to reduce surgery waiting time in the Ministry of Health hospitals, in addition to the visiting physician program in the ophthalmology specialty, which contributes to improving the quality of health services provided.
Through these various partnerships, the Ministry of Health confirms its commitment to enhancing cooperation with the private sector and charitable institutions, in order to achieve comprehensive and sustainable health development that serves the Saudi community.
Municipalities and Housing Sector Partnerships
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia seeks to enhance partnership with the private sector through Shrakat Program, in order to provide housing solutions and products that meet the needs of citizens at competitive and subsidized prices.
It is one of the most prominent initiatives launched in 2017 in cooperation between the Ministry and the Real Estate Development Fund. It aims to provide various housing options, including ready-made housing units and developed residential lands, to meet the needs of Saudi families.

Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC)
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund. It aims to lead waste management operations in the Kingdom by developing comprehensive solutions to deal with all types of waste. The company seeks to build advanced recycling capabilities, with a focus on achieving the concept of the circular economy, within four main areas: municipal waste, industrial waste, recycling, and engineering. Through these initiatives, SIRC works to enhance environmental sustainability and achieve a future vision for a more environmentally conscious society.
Leading the Circular Economy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
It works to engage the community, build local capabilities, and empower the private sector by establishing and developing the waste management sector to lead the circular economy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Its objectives include:
- Reduce waste, reuse resources and recycle materials to create new products. By embracing the principles of the circular economy, we can reduce waste generation, maximize resource efficiency, and contribute to a sustainable future.

In the context of improving the beneficiaries’ experience and enhancing communication channels, a partnership was signed between the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the Call Center Company. This partnership aims to manage requests and reports received from beneficiaries through multiple channels, including automated and direct conversations through the Ministry’s electronic portal. This cooperation contributes to facilitating the communication process and ensuring a quick and effective response to beneficiaries’ requirements.
With the aim of implementing direct support redirection programs in line with Royal Decree No. (1366), the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture has entered into a partnership with Elm Technology Company. This partnership focuses on vital sectors including livestock, poultry, fish farming, and other rural development programs. This cooperation comes to support sustainable development and enhance productivity in sectors related to food security and rural development.
National Early Warning Platform
In a step that reflects the integration between innovation and modern technologies, the National Early Warning Platform was developed in cooperation between the General Directorate of Civil Defense and the Communications and Information Technology Commission. The platform relies on sending warning text messages to residents of specific areas in the event of imminent emergencies. This initiative contributes to enhancing community safety and its immediate response to emergency situations, which increases the Kingdom’s readiness to deal with disasters more efficiently.
Infrastructure, Water and Electricity Sector Partnerships
Partnerships in the infrastructure, water and electricity sectors constitute a fundamental pillar for supporting sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life. Through cooperation between the public and private sectors, qualitative projects are implemented that contribute to meeting the Kingdom’s growing needs for basic services, such as water desalination, wastewater treatment, and power generation. The Fadhili Project is the fruit of a partnership between Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Electricity Company. It is the first of its kind in the Kingdom for the combined production of electricity and steam. The project aims to enhance the Kingdom’s gas processing capabilities and meet the growing demand for energy. The total value of the project is more than 50 Billion Saudi Riyals.
Jeddah Airport (2) Sewage Treatment Plant Project
This project is implemented in partnership between the public and private sectors. It is located near King Abdulaziz International Airport. It aims to develop an independent sewage treatment plant with a maximum treatment capacity of 500,000 cubic meters per day. The project is managed by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. It is expected to contribute to improving the water infrastructure in Jeddah.
Al-Shuqaiq (3) Independent Water Desalination Plant Project
This project is one of the most prominent public-private partnership projects. It is located in Al-Shuqaiq Region on the Red Sea coast. It aims to develop an independent seawater desalination plant, which shall contribute to enhancing the supply of desalinated water in the Kingdom. The project is managed by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. It is expected to contribute to meeting the fresh water needs of coastal areas.
These projects embody the fruitful cooperation between government agencies and the private sector, and contribute to strengthening the Kingdom's infrastructure in the fields of water and electricity, in a manner that supports sustainable development.
Business Sector Partnerships
Business sector partnerships play a vital role in promoting sustainable development and achieving the strategic objectives of institutions. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and other institutions have launched several initiatives and programs aimed at empowering individuals and institutions, and enhancing integration between different sectors.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia has launched the Tamkeen initiative, which targets all beneficiaries of the social security pension. The initiative aims to qualify them to enter the labor market by providing new job opportunities. This comes through strategic partnerships with entities that have appropriate jobs or with institutions specialized in training and qualifying beneficiaries, to ensure their effective transition to practical and academic life.
In cooperation with a number of public entities, the Sulaiman Al Rajhi Foundation for Development Finance launched the Tamkeen Fund, which aims to enhance the role of charitable associations in the transition from pastoral work to comprehensive development. The fund focuses on establishing internal units that provide microfinance services, both financial and non-financial, to support productive families and micro-enterprises. Supported by the Human Resources Development Fund, the “Wusool” program aims to empower working women in Saudi Arabia to overcome the challenges of commuting to work. The program relies on a partnership with vehicle routing applications to provide high-quality transportation services at reasonable prices, which enhances women’s job stability and increases their participation in the labor market.
It is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. It represents an integrated electronic platform that seeks to support the child hospitality sector. The program aims to connect hospitality centers with parents seeking childcare services, which supports working women and facilitates their continuation in the labor market. The program also provides specialized accreditation services to enhance and empower the quality of centers.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development launched this initiative that aims to regulate temporary work in the Kingdom and facilitate access to the workforce to serve various economic sectors.

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Transport and Huawei
In a strategic move to enhance digital transformation in the transport and logistics sector, the Saudi Ministry of Transport has signed a memorandum of understanding with Huawei. This partnership aims to adopt advanced technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and big data, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of services provided in this vital sector.

Importance of Partnership
This partnership contributes to achieving the goals of Vision 2030, by improving the performance of the transportation sector, whether in the transportation of goods or passengers, which positively reflects on the quality of life in the Kingdom.
In the context of enhancing social responsibility and developing the transportation and logistics sector, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services signed a memorandum of understanding with Shibh Al Jazira Contracting Company; in order decorate one of the bridges on Madinah / Makkah Expressway in Madinah Region. This initiative seeks to improve the visual appearance of the roads affiliated with the Ministry, which enhances the aesthetics of the infrastructure.
Under the memorandum, the Ministry shall provide the necessary facilities and full support to implement the works on the specified bridge, which shall contribute to creating a unified and integrated visual environment. For its part, the Peninsula Contracting Company shall implement the decoration works in accordance with the standards and requirements specified by the Ministry and the relevant authorities, while ensuring the provision of all necessary resources for this process. The company also pledged its full commitment to safety standards, and to ensure that the implemented works do not affect road safety or the current maintenance contract.
This partnership is an important step towards improving the services provided to road users and enhancing the quality of life, which contributes to achieving the goals of the National Strategy for Transport and Logistic Services, which is an essential part of the programs of Vision 2030.
His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, and His Excellency the President of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi, signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at enhancing cooperation in the field of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence applications in the transportation and logistics sector. This came during the activities of the second edition of the Global Artificial Intelligence Summit, which was held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.
This memorandum aims to expand the scope of using data and artificial intelligence technologies in the transportation and logistics sector, by developing advanced analytics and artificial intelligence algorithms in multiple fields, including:

Within the framework of enhancing cooperation between the public and private sectors, the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services signed a memorandum of understanding with ROSHN Real Estate Company, owned by the Public Investment Fund. It is considered one of the innovative solutions that enable users to participate in auctions electronically without the need for personal attendance, with the possibility of completing all financial transactions through the platform. This platform serves government and private entities in liquidating and managing their assets electronically.
It is an electronic platform that enables users to issue and manage executive bonds, and provide services to organize these bonds with high efficiency, which guarantees the rights of parties to commercial transactions.
It is an electronic application that allows individuals and institutions to issue or cancel powers of attorney and ratify and attest company’ memorandums of association, in addition to documenting real estate at any time, whether during or after official working hours, through Notaries accredited by the Ministry throughout the Kingdom.
It is an electronic platform that aims to activate reconciliation in the Ministry of Justice, as it enables the parties to the Case and the conciliators to meet, whether in person or virtually, via electronic communication means, to practice the reconciliation process and reach solutions that satisfy all parties, through fully automated procedures.
It is an initiative that provides centers for implementing custody, visitation and vision rulings and judgments, in order to facilitating citizens in implementing these rulings in an environment suitable for family members. The initiative also aims to create job opportunities in the field of community service, and enhance cooperation between the Ministry of Justice, government agencies and the third sector to provide integrated services to the community. Through these partnerships and initiatives, the Ministry of Justice seeks to improve the quality of services provided to beneficiaries and enhance cooperation with various sectors to achieve prompt justice.
Financial and Commercial Sector Partnerships
Within the framework of enhancing integration between the financial and commercial sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, several strategic initiatives and partnerships have been launched with the aim of improving electronic services and facilitating procedures for beneficiaries. SADAD Electronic Payment System
SADAD was launched in 2004 as an initiative by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA. It is a central system that allows the display and payment of bills and other payments electronically. The system aims to provide a comprehensive solution for all types of payments, as it contributes to facilitating and accelerating payment processes for individuals, banks, companies and the government sector. It also continues to develop new services that include all types of payments.
Etimad Platform for Government Tenders and Procurement
The “Etimad Platform” is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Finance. It aims to achieve the satisfaction of government agencies and their clients by providing an integrated electronic work environment for Government Tenders and Procurement, within the framework of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and the Executive Regulation thereof.
The Ministry of Commerce launched this system in order to issuing, renewing, and amending the commercial register electronically within 180 seconds, which contributes to accelerating and simplifying procedures for business owners.
In cooperation with “Thiqa” Business Services Company, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce launched the “Maroof Platform”, an innovative service that supports e-commerce dealers, whether sellers or buyers, by enhancing trust and facilitating online buying and selling processes.
The “Saber Platform” is an initiative of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, in cooperation with “Thiqa” Business Services Company. The platform helps in registering products and issuing the required conformity certificates easily, in addition to providing access to conformity assessment bodies accredited by the Authority locally and internationally.
Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Infath)
“Infath Center” is a financially and administratively independent governmental entity that aims to enhance cooperation between judicial and governmental authorities, as well as the private sector and individuals, in liquidation and sale tasks. The Center works in cooperation with many partners and service providers to ensure reliability, justice, efficiency, and professionalism in carrying out its tasks.
Financing Solutions from “Monsha’at”
The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monsha’at” offers a range of electronic solutions and platforms to support entrepreneurs, including:
- Indirect Lending Initiative: Providing soft loans through approved financing entities.
- Financing Guarantee Program (Kafala): Supporting small and medium enterprises in obtaining the necessary financing from banks.
- Venture Capital Initiative: Encouraging investment in emerging and innovative companies.

The Saudi Authority of Accredited valuers (TAQEEM)
The Authority is concerned with regulating the valuation profession in the Kingdom, by establishing regulations and legislation that enable valuers to practice their work in accordance with international standards. It also provides qualification programs to accredit practitioners based on scientific foundations and global practices, which contributes to preserving rights and achieving justice among beneficiaries by providing high-quality valuation reports.
The Saudi Authority of Accredited valuers (TAQEEM has launched the “Qaym System”, a platform that connects beneficiaries with evaluation services and accredited evaluation facilities electronically. The platform allows beneficiaries to obtain multiple offers for evaluation processes, compare them, and follow up on all steps of the process and manage them efficiently.
Bank AlJazira and Real Estate Development Fund Partnership
This partnership aims to enhance the “Qaym” initiative by electronically linking beneficiaries of evaluation services and licensed evaluation facilities. This partnership enables beneficiaries to obtain multiple offers for evaluation processes, follow up on all steps, and manage the entire process through the evaluation system.
Partnership with JLL
The Saudi Authority of Accredited valuers (TAQEEM)has partnered with JLL to provide real estate evaluation services, in order to enhancing the quality and accuracy of evaluation processes in the Kingdom.

Cooperation Agreement with QSS
The Authority concluded a cooperation agreement with QSS to benefit from its capabilities in the field of artificial intelligence robots, in order to enhance the adoption of innovative solutions in government agencies.
The Authority signed an agreement with “Masdar” to provide data solutions that contribute to the classification of contractors and providers of digital government services, which supports informed decision-making in this field.

Digital Government Authority licenses five companies to provide digital government services
On March 23, 2023, the Digital Government Authority issued the third package of temporary general licenses for digital government services, which included five leading companies:
- Saudi Information Exchange Company (Tabadul)
- National Housing Company
- Masdar Company
- Tamkeen Technologies
- Tatweer Education Technologies Company
In addition, the Authority granted several special licenses to develop and operate seven digital government platforms and products.
These steps aim to:

These licenses come as part of the “Technology Regulatory Sandbox Initiative” launched by the Authority in November 2021, which aims to enhance digital transformation in the Kingdom. In 2022, the Authority issued the first and second batches of interim licenses for digital government operations, which included five companies and 26 digital platforms, reflecting its ongoing commitment to developing the digital sector and strengthening partnerships with various entities.
The Investment Events Fund was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Royal Decree No. (A/91) in 2019, in order to developing a sustainable and world-class infrastructure to support the culture, tourism, entertainment, and sports sectors.

A strategic partnership with the amount of $ 1.5 billion has been concluded, in order to enhance investments in the field of cloud computing supported by artificial intelligence. This partnership includes the establishment of a huge data center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the largest of its kind for processing data using artificial intelligence technologies. The center shall start operating 19,000 language processing units, which shall provide advanced infrastructure for companies that rely on artificial intelligence systems in the Middle East, Africa, and India. A $2 billion strategic partnership has been signed to establish an advanced manufacturing and technology hub in Saudi Arabia.
