Objection to the Judgement

This step enables the claim parties to object to the jedgement issued by the court of first instance at the court of appeals

On the dashboard,
click on judiciary
Select the case
Select applications
Select new application
Select objection to judgments
Select the judgment to object to
Enter the content of the application
Submit the application
The beneficiary will be notified with an SMS with the application's number

Valid agency includes the article of pleading and applying for objection, if the applicant is an agent to the beneficiary or a party to the claim
In commercial cases, the applicant must be a lawyer with a valid attorney license in accordance to the Law of commercial courts
Valid guardianship decree, if the applicant is a guardian to the beneficiary
The judgment must be issued by the courts of first instance and "not definite", and the case is not small
Enter the objectional statement in the appropriate slot and attach the supporting slot

The submission of application of objection to judgments must be within the objectional notice of the judgement.
The objectional notice vary based on the case's classification. It starts from delivery of judgment, for judgments in proper persona, and from the notifying of the judgment, in judgements in absentia.
Legal material related to the objections applications are: the Laws of Commercial Courts and its executive regulation, Law of Civil Procedure before Sharia Court and its executive regulation, Law of Criminal Procedures and its executive regulation and the Appealing Regulation.
