Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
Navigate to ""All Electronic Services"".
Select the ""Judiciary"" package.
Choose the ""e-Litigation"" service.
Click on ""New Application"".
Choose the relevant case.
Select ""Sessions"".
View the activated digital pleading session.
Reply to the judicial panel's question.
Enter the reply.
Click on ""Submit""

A valid power of attorney that includes the power to plead clause, if the applicant is acting as the client's agent or within the case parties.
A valid guardianship order, if the applicant is the client's legal guardian.
Commitment to answering according to the judicial panel's questions.

The service does not require an in-person court visit.
The user will see the remote litigation option if the service is activated for their case.
There are start and finish times for the pleading duration.
