Objection to Cancellation Fees

Ministry of Municipalities and Housing

An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection to the cancellation fee invoice issued with an automatic cancellation request or the cancellation request made by the beneficiary. The service enables the beneficiary to specify the disputed items, provide a reason for the objection, and attach relevant documents without needing to visit the municipality. The objection request is sent to the Objection Review Committee, which has the following options: (Reject the request, Partially accept the request, Fully accept the request).

Identify the role of the applicant (e.g., business owner, authorized representative).
Select the commercial register or number 700.
Choose the commercial license for the objection.
Review the invoice issued for the cancellation request.
Select the items on the invoice you are objecting to.
Provide a reason for the objection for each item.
Attach supporting documents related to the objection (optional).
Specify the actual closure date of the business (optional).
Save and submit the objection request to the municipality.

Attach a document to verify the actual closure date of the activity (if the actual closure date is provided).
Declaration of accuracy of the entered data

Fees are calculated according to the municipal fees regulations
