4-Request to issue tourism consultancy license for offices

The valid commercial registration includes the activity of tourism consultancy and the ISIC number for the activity.
A valid license from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing is available for establishments within its jurisdiction or provides permits or approvals for sites not under its jurisdiction, such as (Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu).
Proving the right to use the trademark from the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property - if available.
Demonstrating practical experience for the required category as follows: Saudi investor: Providing a license for the category "Advanced or Expert" in tourism consultancy from the Ministry of Tourism.
Foreign investor: Providing practical experience in the field of tourism consultancy for a period of not less than 5 years if an office is required to practice the activity according to the required category, ensuring that the office provides the following requirements: basic operational facilities (external sign with the office's name, office or offices for service provision, seats for customer waiting, and air conditioning) safety of facilities from defects, with cleanliness and safety requirements, and consideration of environmental preservation.
