Report missing documents family registry

Ministerial Agency of Civil Affairs

This service allows citizens, both male and female, to report the loss of a family record and request the issuance of a lost family record replacement electronically, in addition to delivering the document to the address of the registered beneficiary without the need to visit the civil status offices

The user accesses the Absher platform and clicks on My Services> Services> Civil Affairs> Reporting the lost documents.
The system displays the welcome page for the service and its conditions, which include:
Family record.
death certificate.
The user clicks on the 'death certificate'
The user enters the following data: (Place, date and time of loss)
The user acknowledges the entered data and clicks the following
The system creates a reference number and save the request

The user must enter the date, place and time of losing the family record document.
The condition of the document should be valid when submitting reporting.
The user must acknowledge the authenticity of the data entered.
