Request a replacement for a damaged national ID

This service allows male and female citizens to request the issuance of a replacement identity card electronically with the document delivered to the beneficiarys registered address without the need to visit Civil Affairs offices

Start the service

Share The Page

Enter the Absher platform and choose Civil Affairs Services >National ID Services
Display the welcome page for the services with its conditions.
Choose to request a replacement for a damaged ID
The system displays the user’s national ID data.
Review the data and choose “Continue”.
Attach New photo and choose “Next”.
The personal photo is verified to meet the conditions automatically.
Choose the address.
Confirm the validity of the data entered, pay the delivery fees and choose “Next”.
A reference number is created and the request is saved.

The beneficiary cannot create a new request while there is an existing request.
Having a registered address for the beneficiary
Paying the delivery fees for the new national ID.
Providing a copy that conforms to the requirements to avoid canceling the request.
The national ID card must not be expired.
There must be no unpaid fines on the beneficiary.
Acknowledgment that the national identity is damaged, and the data is correct.
