Information Correction

Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA)

An online service that enables the users to review their information with the participating entities in the initiative and send a request to correct their current records if they have any active records with the entity, ensuring that their information is always up-to-date, accurate, and secure without the need to visit the entities headquarter.

Share The Page

Login to Tawakkalna App.
Go to Services.
Go to Profession Services.
Click on "Information Correction".
Click on "Continue" to start the service.
Select the participating entities.
Fill your "General data", "Educational qualifications", "Job experiences", "Development" and "Achievement and contributions".
Click on "Send".

You must have an account in Absher.
mobile phone registered in Absher.
Download Tawakkalna application.
Register a new user and enter the required information.
You will receive a verification code on your mobile phone registered in Absher to activate the account.
Accurately specify your place of residence on the map and answer the health questions.
Specify the dependents and sponsored persons who are in the same place of residence (family, domestic workers).
Approval of the terms of use and privacy policy.
If you do not have an account in Absher, your registration in the Tawakkalna application requires your endorsement by one of those registered in Absher via the mobile number identification service for the Tawakkalna application.
