An electronic service provided on the Balady platform. It assists accommodation facility owners or responsible parties in registering their establishments and managing monthly occupancy declarations, making payments based on the facility's category, and generating and printing the necessary reports, without the need to visit the authority.

Start the service

Share The Page

Log into the Balady platform.
Click on the "Services List" link from the "Services" menu in the top bar.
Search for the "Accommodation Facility Occupancy Fee Platform" service by entering the service name in the search box (Search here...).
Once the service appears, you can view its details by clicking on "Details."
After reviewing the service card, you can start the process by clicking the "Start Service" button.
You can also refer to the user guide for further steps on how to request the service..

When a license for an accommodation facility is issued, the establishment is automatically created on the platform, and the responsible person is notified with the details of the establishment and a link to the service.

Acknowledgment of the accuracy of the establishment's information.
Verifying the establishment through one of the available verification methods on the platform.
