Brokerage Platform Analytics license

General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service provided by the Real Estate Mediation Platform (Fal) that allows individual and institutional brokers to obtain an official license for real estate market analysis. To obtain the license, the individual broker must have a valid ID and pass an accredited training course by the Saudi Authority. For institutional brokers, the institution's manager or one of the owners must have completed the required course, and the business registration must be valid and compliant with international codes, without the need to visit the entities headquarter

Log in and select brokerage services for institutions.
Select the analytics license for real estate platform services.
Display the license (price, description, terms).
Proceed to the next step.
Verify if the user is eligible for the license.
- If not eligible, system sends MSG5.
Review and approve the real estate platform policy.
Pay the price.
Issue the invoice and license.

Real Estate Analytics License

Eligibility: The license is available for both individual and establishment brokers.

Conditions for Obtaining the License:

Individual Broker:
- The broker must have a valid identity.
- The broker must have passed the required course from SREI.
Establishment Broker:
- The establishment manager or at least one of the owners must have passed the required course from SREI.
- The Commercial Registration (CR) must be valid; if not, the system will stop.
- The CR ISIC codes must match the required ISIC codes for the license, otherwise, the system will stop.

Required ISIC Code:

682047: Real Estate Analysis.

Required Course Code:

60274: Real Estate Market Analysis.

License Price: 1000 SR.

Restrictions:

The broker cannot apply for a new license if they have an active license.

License Independence: The Analytics license is independent of other licenses.

Payment Methods and Invoice Details: As is, with the invoice type labeled "Real Estate Analytics License."

License Renewal: The individual or establishment broker can renew the license as is.

License Duration:

One year for individual brokers.
Between one and five years for establishment brokers.
