The license modification is electronic service allows owners of licensed commercial establishments to modify their existing licenses according to any changes in their activities or business requirements. Modifications may include changes in business type, updating establishment details, or any other adjustments required to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.
From the licenses list, choose the active license (marked in green) that you want to modify.
View the license details, then proceed to modify the license.
Update the required details in the license form.
Attach the necessary documents.
Review the data and ensure its accuracy, then submit the request.
The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.
Upon approval, the petroleum trade license modification is completed electronically and can be downloaded and printed.
