Request Replacement for lost ID

This service allows citizens to report the loss of their national identity card and request a replacement electronically, with the option to have the document delivered to the registered address without the need to visit Civil Affairs offices.

• Login to Absher platform and choose Civil Affairs Services > National Identity Services
• Select “Request Replacement for lost Id
• The system displays the user's national ID data.
• Review the data and select "Continue".
• Attach a new photo and select "Next".
• The personal photo’s compliance with the conditions is verified automatically.
• Select an Address.
• Acknowledge the validity of the entered data, paying the delivery fees and selecting "Next".
• A reference number will be generated and the order is saved.

The applicant cannot submit a request if there is an existing pending request.
A photo that meets the required specifications must be provided to avoid request cancellation.
