- Insert personal information, i.e., phone Number and e-mail.
- Select the portal that you are reporting about.
- Select the related service that you are reporting about.
- Add a description and title for your complaint, then submit it.
- You will receive an SMS that includes the report number.
- Receiving a notification from the Beneficiaries Engagement Center (Amer) that indicates your complaint has been escalated to the portal’s which is the government agency.
- Receiving a notification upon addressing the complaint.
