Log in to the Najiz platform using your National Single Sign-On credentials.
Navigate to ""All Electronic Services"".
Select the ""Judiciary"" package.
Choose the ""File Bankruptcy Petition"" service.
Click on ""New Application"".
Select the ""Type of Applicant"".
Indicate if the application is ""On Behalf of"" another individual or entity.
Choose the ""Type of Application"".
Provide the ""Reason for Submitting the Application"".
Select the appropriate Court.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Fill out the application details required based on the type of bankruptcy petition you are filing.
Upload the necessary supporting documents according to the specific requirements of your bankruptcy petition.
Submit the application.
Monitor the status of your application through the Najiz platform.

A national ID, or a valid residency permit (iqama).
A valid power of attorney that includes the power to plead clause, if the applicant is acting as the client's agent.
A valid guardianship order, if the applicant is the client's legal guardian.
