Certify a payment

Ministry Of Justice

An electronic service enables the enforcement debtor to submit a request for certification of a payment made to the enforcement applicant outside of court proceedings.

Service Level Agreement

Start the service

Share The Page

Log in to the Najiz platform using National Single Sign-On credentials.
Select "All Electronic Services."
Choose the "Enforcement" package.
Access the "Certify Payment" service.
Click "Submit a New Application."
Select the relevant enforcement application.
Monitor the status of procedural requests.
Select "Request to Certify a Payment."
Specify the type of payment.
Identify the enforcement applicant who received the payment.
Enter the payment amount.
Upload supporting documentation.
Complete the declaration.
Save and submit the application.
The enforcement applicant will receive a text message notification.
The enforcement applicant will approve or reject the request.

The service is accessible only after logging in.
The enforcement application must be in "In Progress" status.
There must be no pending motion for termination or grace period request, and the status must not be "Enforced.
There must be no pending request for transfer from the panel or automatic transfer with an "In Progress" status.
There must be no pending request to transfer a reserved amount with an "In Progress" status.
There must be no duplicate request of the same type with an "In Progress" status.
Applicable to financial enforcement applications only.
