An electronic service that allows individuals and companies to register on the services portal of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics to benefit from the services provided without the need for the beneficiary to visit the entity

Log in to the Ministry of Transport and Logistics website.
Click on the "Electronic Services" tab.
Select the "Register with the Ministry's Portal" service.
Click on the "Service Details" icon.
Click on the "Start Service" icon.
Click on the "New User" icon.
Select the user type (Establishment/Individual).
If you click on the "Establishment" icon, enter the commercial registration number.
Select the ID type (owner's ID number or establishment's ID number).
If you select the owner's ID number, enter the ID number and full name.
If you select the establishment's ID number, enter only the ID number.
Click on the "Continue" icon and enter the required information: (user information - owner information - contact information - information of the person assigned by the contractor - system login information). Then click on the "Continue" icon.
Click on the "Activate Account with Code Sent via Mobile" option. Enter the activation code received on the previously registered mobile number. Then click on the "Activate" icon.
If you select the user type (Individual), The individual's identity (citizen/Gulf national) is determined, followed by entering the ID number for citizens and the border number for Gulf nationals.
Registering an individual user is done by entering the ID number and full name, then clicking the "Continue" icon. Enter the following required information: (User data - Owner data - Contact information - Data of the person assigned by the contractor - System login information), then clicking the "Continue" icon.
Click the "Activate account with code sent via mobile" option, enter the activation code received on the previously registered mobile number, and then click the "Activate" icon.
To activate a registered user account that has not been activated, click the "Activate user" link, then enter the username and activation code received on the mobile number, and then click the "Activate" icon.
Click the "Forgot password" link to change the password.
Enter the username, which will be verified.
After completing the verification process, click the "Reset password" icon, and a new password will be sent via text message to the previously registered mobile number.
