This is applicable when the owner decides to cease business operations or no longer requires the license. The service facilitates the closure of business activities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations during the license cancellation process.

Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.
From the licenses list, choose the license to be canceled from the active licenses (marked in green).
View the license and proceed with the cancellation.
A confirmation message will appear.
The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.
Upon approval, the petroleum trade license is canceled electronically.
