Access the online portal:

Log in via the Ministry of Energy portal using the Unified National Access or registration credentials.

Select the service:

From the list of electronic services, select 'Pipeline and Gas Network License Issuance'.

Fill out the request:

Enter beneficiary entity details (e.g., establishment name, commercial registration, activity).
Fill in all necessary information in the application form.

Attach required documents:

Upload all required documents (listed below).

Review and submit the request:

Review the data and ensure its accuracy, then submit the request.

Track the request:

The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.

License Transfer:

Upon approval, the pipeline and gas network license is transferred electronically and can be downloaded and printed.

A valid commercial registration:

The commercial establishment must be officially registered and accredited in the Kingdom.

Investment License:

For foreign investors, an investment license from the Ministry of Investment is required to conduct business within the Kingdom.
