Re-conclusion of contracts and automatic renewal

General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service designed to regulate the commercial rental sector, serving all parties involved in the rental process (tenant, lessor, and real estate broker) by activating contract terms and defining obligations to achieve the goals of all parties and safeguard their rights, without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Start the service

Share The Page

Log in to the beneficiary's account on the Ejar platform.
Select the contract to be renewed from the list of contracts eligible for renewal.
Review the contract details.
Send the contract to the other party for renewal approval and documentation.
The other party logs in to their Ejar account and accepts the renewal (contract re-execution).
Enter the verification code sent to the mobile number registered in the Absher platform.
In the case of auto-renewal, the service fee is automatically deducted from the beneficiary's wallet once the contract enters the 60-day pre-expiry period.

Contract Renewal:
Requires payment of the service fee through the Ejar wallet.
Auto-Renewal:
Requires the availability of the contract fee in the wallet by the landlord at least 60 days before the contract’s expiration.
