Change of lessor - representative of lessor

General Real Estate Authority

An electronic service that authorizes real estate brokers to update the landlords information in lease contracts when property ownership is transferred to a new owner or multiple owners. The service also allows for modifying deed details and updating the landlords representative, if applicable. All changes are seamlessly reflected in existing contracts through the platform, without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Start the service

Share The Page

Select the "Properties" menu.
Choose the "Change Landlord Representative" option.
Identify the ownership deed for which the representative is to be changed (by searching in the system using fields such as: document type, issue date, and document number).
Review the current landlord representative’s information.
Enter the new landlord representative’s details.
Submit the request for the new representative’s approval.
The system sends an SMS to the new representative with a link to access the platform and approve the request.
Once the new representative approves, a new version of the contract is issued, and notifications are sent to the new landlord representative, the former representative, and the tenant.

A valid legal representation document in case there is a representative acting on behalf of the landlord
