Human Resources Development Fund

The self-employment support product (directed transportation) aims to assist workers in the activity of directing passenger vehicles through applications. It is intended for full-time workers in this activity and job seekers. It is also deemed a result of the cooperation of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Public Transport Authority and the Human Resources Development Fund (hrdf) and the Future Work Company.

The applicant must meet the specific requirements and conditions for "qualifying Saudi individuals and their private vehicles to provide transportation services through vehicle guidance application providers" issued by the General Transport Authority.
The applicant must hold a valid freelance work document for "Vehicle Guidance Driver"
through the Freelance.sa portal.
Apply for the support program through the electronic services of the Human Resources Development Fund.

The applicant for support must be of Saudi nationality and hold a valid national ID.
The age of the applicant for support must not be less than (20) years and not more than (60) years.
The applicant for support must not be working in the government or private sector.
The applicant for support must not be a regular student.
The applicant for support must not be retired or have a commercial record.
The applicant must have a correct and valid bank account number (IBAN).
The applicant must have a valid self-employment document “directed transport vehicle driver” through the self-employment portal )freelance.sa(.
The applicant must meet the requirements and requirements for “qualifying Saudi individuals and their private vehicles to provide transportation service through ride-hailing service provider” issued by the General Authority for Transport.
The applicant for support in this product must not be a current beneficiary of one of the support training and employment programs provided by HRDF.
The beneficiary should be committed to completing a total of 21 trips.
