Issue a Building Restoration License

Ministry of Municipalities and Housing

The process of restoring a building to its previous good condition through technical repair to address one or more defects in the building with the aim of sustaining it, without adding a new component or changing the buildings structural elements.

Start the service

Share The Page

Access the Balady portal through the Unified Access (Absher).
Specify the type of owner and applicant.
Select the building permit or cadastral decision for which a renovation license is to be issued.
Choose the engineering office.
Pledge to remove debris.
Submit the request to the engineering office.
The engineering office completes the data and prepares the required plans.
A payment invoice is issued.
After paying the fees, the license is issued and can be printed.
