The Head of the Safety Department receives the request, reviews the information and attachments, and forwards it to the surveyor for assessment.

The beneficiary completes any missing attachments and resubmits the request via the portal.

The surveyor evaluates the request, prepares the report, and submits it to the Head of the Safety Department.

The Head of the Safety Department refers the request to the Head of the Roads Department for review.
