It is a service provided by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to the industrial investor by converting the status of the industrial project to construction after completing the establishment phase, after fulfilling the requirements. It is valid for one year only and does not entitle its owner to start production, as it enables its owner to obtain the customs exemption service for machines and spare parts and partial support for labor.
