An e-service provided by the Al-Ahsa Municipality through its official website, the Tamheer Application Service allows graduates of Saudi and foreign universities, institutes, and colleges to submit requests for on-the-job training opportunities within the Al-Ahsa Municipality as Tamheer program , This service done without the need to visit the municipality in person. The service aims to enhance graduates' professional skills and increase their employment opportunities.

Go to the Alahsa municipality website.
Click on the Municipality Portal – Human Resources.
Choose Tamheer Request.
Login by Nafath or Username & password.
Fill the form & attach required documents.
Send the request.

To be a Saudi citizen
To be registered on the website of the Human Resources Development Fund
To have a diploma degree from health and administrative institutes and colleges for a period of not less than one academic year from an accredited institution (two semesters), or the applicant should have a bachelor's degree or higher.
That the records of social insurance and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social
Development indicates that the job seeker has not been registered for any job during the previous three months.
He should not be currently employed in any job in the public or private sector
The individual should not be on the list of those prohibited by the Human Resources Development Fund.
He should not have benefited from the Graduate Development Program for no more than two opportunities, with a maximum of 6 months for both opportunities.
