- Go to the customer services department.
- Choose the public lottery service.
- If you go to implement the service, you must log in through unified access.
- After logging in, you register your current license data, activity, and activity area.

- Then the participants attending the lottery on the specified date are counted through the barcode.

- An electronic contract is issued to rent the plot according to the specified period.
- Sending a link to the citizen containing the location data for the plot, the unified design form, and the electronic contract.
