Proactive Service

An electronic service provided through the Nusuk Card Platform, enabling the management of card distribution and delivery processes through digital tools that support the evaluation of distribution centers and the implementation of accurate verification methods to ensure proper card delivery to pilgrims. The service includes dedicated digital interfaces for card activation, verification location logging, and the management of delegation processes for batches and individual cards. It also supports handling post-Hajj card returns and tracking issuance and delivery statuses for both pilgrims and staff, while ensuring service providers adhere to legal responsibilities during verification and handover.
