Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development

An electronic service The care centers affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development are concerned with providing services to people with moderate, severe and multiple mental disabilities. Beneficiaries are accepted for morning or evening periods of no less than five hours each period, according to specific requirements. They also provide summer programs for which the state does not bear fees. Day care centers provide their services to females from the age of 2 to 45 years, in independent centers designated for them. As for males who are under the age of (12) years, the service can be provided to them in female centers, and if they are older than (12) years, the service is provided to them in independent centers for males without coming to the Ministry

Select online services.
Select the service icon for eligibility for admission to community day-care centers.
Select the desired centers to join.

The beneficiary must be a Saudi national, or from a displaced tribe and has valid residency to apply for the program in the event of vacancies.
The beneficiary must be free of communicable or infectious diseases, and in a stable state of health, and has nothing to prevent him from benefiting from community day-care centers.
The beneficiary is of a category of severe or medium intellectual disability, with an IQ of 55 degrees and lower.
The beneficiary must be from two to 45 years of age.
The beneficiary must be free of psychological or behavioral disorders that pose a risk to him or others.
The beneficiary may enroll in the additional programs provided by the Centre at his own expense if they are not added to the acceptance notice
The beneficiary must not be a private or governmental sector employee.
The beneficiary cannot be admitted if he is enrolled in education or a government rehabilitation and training centers, as well as government shelter centers such as:(Social rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, nursing homes, girls' care homes, juvenile social observation homes), excluding those enrolled in community homes
