Issuing an Extraordinary Permit

Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services

A service that allows the user to issue an exceptional cargo permit for indivisible loads without consulting the Ministry of Transport or its branches.

Log in to the link for unified user access on the Ministry's website or through the main portal of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services < Transport System < Roads Sector < Public Services < Service Exceptional Transport Load Permits
Enter the username and password, then click on Log in
Enter the verification code received on the mobile number registered in the system
Click on Log in
Choose the Exceptional Transport Permits System
Fill in the required data: (Type of plate - Plate number - Ministry branch - Trip route from city - Trip route to city - Proposed trip route subject to Ministry approval - Vehicle owner's ID number - Driver's data "If the driver is a citizen, enter the driver's ID number + driver's name, but if the driver is a resident, enter the driver's resident ID number + ID expiration date"
Complete filling in the required data for the truck and the type of material being transported
Agree to the conditions and commitments and then click on Send the application
A notification will appear for the success of the application process with the application number, as well as the phrase "You will be contacted"
It is possible to review the applications submitted by the beneficiary in their various statuses (under study - rejected - approved - completed).
Print the approved permit.

Valid commercial license of the service applicant.
Valid service permit for the driver during the permit's validity period.
Valid operating card during the permit's validity period.
Valid vehicle registration.
Valid driver's license.

A copy of the driver's license.
Images of the truck demonstrating the exceptional load on it for approval. The load must not be removed from the truck until reaching the destination point.
