Extractor of a commercial registry / commercial letter

Ministry of Commerce

An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce through the Saudi Business Center platform that allows beneficiaries to request an extract containing information from any commercial register. It also allows users to submit a request for information on a specific procedure, with the goal of obtaining a document containing confirmation from the ministry that the procedure has occurred, which they can then present to the concerned parties, without the need to visit service centers.

Share The Page

Access the platform: Through the unified national access via the Saudi Business Center platform.
Select the service: Public Services > Ministry of Commerce > Commercial Register Extract / Commercial Statement.
Start the service: Click Continue to agree to the terms and conditions - Click Submit Service.
Select the type of extract / statement: Click Choose Extract Type / Statement - Click Continue.
Complete the requirements: Enter the beneficiary's information - Choose the printing language - Click Continue.
Submit the application: Review the information - Click Agree to the declaration.
Click Submit Application.

Verify the following when requesting a commercial certificate: The applicant must have a valid commercial registration. If a certificate of non-existence is requested, there must be no commercial registration.
Note: The beneficiary may request a commercial registration extract, even if they do not have a valid registration.
