Updating Commercial Registration Owner's Data

An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce through the Saudi Business Center platform, allowing beneficiaries to update the data of the owner/manager of the commercial register without having to visit service centers.

Start the service

Share The Page

Access the platform: Via the National Unified Access through the Saudi Business Center platform.
Select the service: From "Doing Business" > "Ministry of Commerce" > "Update Commercial Register Owner Data".
Start the service: Review the terms and conditions, then accept them and click "Apply for Service".
Add the commercial register: Enter the commercial register number and click "Get Data". - View the register and owner data.
Update data: Update contact information (mobile, email) and confirm it with a verification code. - Enter or update the approved business address within the Kingdom.
Review and submit the application: Review the application summary, approve the declaration, and submit the application.
Processing: The data is verified by the Ministry of Commerce, and the application status is changed to "Complete". (The service is free and does not require payment.)

The commercial registry should be active.
Not less than 18 years old.
Not to be a government employee.
Add at least one manager in the commercial registry.
Enter the approval of the appointed manager, if he is not the owner of the commercial registry.
