An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce through the Saudi Business Center platform that allows beneficiaries to verify the commercial registry data annually for sole proprietorships, without the need to visit service centers.

Access the platform: Via the National Unified Access or email via the Saudi Business Center platform.
Select the service: From "E-Services" > "Doing Business" > "Ministry of Commerce" > "Annual Verification of Commercial Register Data for a Sole Proprietorship," select the commercial register and click "Continue."
Start the service: View the commercial register data, click "Continue," agree to the terms, and click "Apply for Service."
Update data: Add business activities. - Enter license data. - Amend capital and e-commerce data. - Amend trade name. - Amend national address and contact information. - Amend directors' data.
Submit the application: Click "Submit Application."
Pay and follow up: Pay fees, review the application, and print the invoice. - After payment, the annual verification is successfully completed.

The commercial registration must be active.
The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
The applicant must not be a government employee.
The commercial registration data update service requirements must be met in the event of an update.

Attach a valid investment license for the foreign institution, valid for a period of no less than (90) days.
Verify the following if the institution is a cooperative or charitable society: - Attach the society's registration certificate. - Attach a power of attorney or authorization from the society's board to the applicant.
Verify the following if the institution is a waqf: - Attach the waqf deed. - Attach a legal power of attorney from the donor, the waqf supervisor, or the supervisory board.
The applicant must not be a government employee.
Verify the commercial registration data update service requirements if the institution is an update.
