An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce through the Saudi Business Center platform, which allows beneficiaries to lift the suspension of the company's subsidiary commercial register after the expiry of a period of (90) days from the date of the annual confirmation due, without the need to visit service centers.

Access the platform: Via the National Unified Access through the Saudi Business Center platform.
Select the service: From "Doing Business" > "Ministry of Commerce" > "Removing the Suspension of the Sub-Commercial Register (Companies)". - If you are authorized, select "Login as an authorized person" and then select the account.
Start the service: Select the required register, read and agree to the terms and conditions, then click "Submit Request".
Edit and update data: - Specify the reason for the amendment. - Enter court ruling details (if applicable). - Edit business activities. - Upload proof of license cancellation (if required). - Enter e-commerce data (optional). - Select the trade name. - Edit the business address. - Confirm contact information. - Update manager information (add/edit/delete). At least one manager must be added.
Submit the request: Review the data, approve the declaration, and then click "Submit Request".

The commercial register status must be suspended.
The requirements for updating the company's subsidiary commercial register data must be met in the event of an update.
