Tobacco Products Sales Fee Platform

Ministry of Municipalities and Housing

An electronic service provided through the Balady platform designed to assist restaurant and cafe owners (and similar establishments) who wish to disclose the sale of tobacco products. The platform enables the payment of monthly amounts collected from sales directly to the Disclosure Administration, without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Start the service

Share The Page

Log in to the "Balady" platform.
Click on the (Services List) link from the services menu in the top bar.
Search for the "Tobacco Products Disclosure Platform" service by typing the service name in the search box (Search Here...).
After the service appears, view the details by clicking on (Details).
Once the service details page is shown, begin the application process by clicking on the (Start Service) button.
You can refer to the user guide to view the steps for applying for the service.

Possession of a valid municipal license or a permit for the sale of tobacco products.

When issuing a café license or tobacco permit, an establishment is automatically created on the platform, and the responsible person is notified with the establishment details and service link.
