Submitting a Report

Ministry of Municipalities and Housing

An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing individuals to register a complaint or observation related to municipal services. The report is then processed by the relevant authority, without the need for an in-person visit.

Service Level Agreement

Start the service

Share The Page

Log in to the Balady app.
Select the main report type - category and subcategory.
Specify the specialized classification.
Determine and confirm the report location on the map, or it will be
automatically assigned based on the classification.
Add a description of the report.
Attach images of the report.
Confirm the accuracy of the data and submit the report.

Some reports are handled by assigning them to external service providers (Ministry
of Transport, Water Authority, Telecommunications, etc.).
The service is available through multiple channels: Call Center, Balady App, Balady
Web Portal, and Social Media Platforms.
It is possible to submit a report as a guest without registering on the Balady portal.
Report images must be uploaded directly from the phone camera and cannot be selected from the gallery.

A valid mobile number.
Registration on the Balady portal (for registered users; guest users can submit
reports without an account).
