King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center

The supplies e-service option gives you a breather-all the information on a patient’s medical supplies like the item code, description, quantity, unit of measure, and due date is recorded carefully and accessible at all times for convenience.

Click on the service link above to go to the Altakhassusi page.
If you are already registered on Altakhassusi, enter your username (National ID/ Iqama number) and your password
If you are not registered on Altakhassusi yet, please follow the steps to register for the Altakhassusi service
Click on the “Services” icon.
Click on " supplies " link to view the summary of all your supplies information including the item code, description, quantity, unit of measure, and the due date.
To request a new refill of any item of nursing supplies or medical nutrition that appears in the "Previous Requests" list, select the item to be re-ordered and then click on the "Request a new refill" option, then an alert message will appear to you that "Your request for a new refill has been submitted successfully"
Follow up on the status of your request, click on the "My Requests" option.

The user must have an active medical file at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre.
The user must have an activated account in NAFATH service.
The user must have an active request for the required service on the electronic patient platform.

Enter the national ID number, Iqama number or border number to log in through the NAFATH service.
The mobile number registered in theNAFATH service to receive the temporary code.
Download the NAFATH application to log in.
