Apply for operation permit

Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority

This service enables main developers, sub-developers, investors, owners and operators to request an operations permit following construction completion of an infrastructure or development project or shop/office fitout completion. The requirements are set out in the engineering and construction guideline and include environmental consent, operator appointment, waste management, external approvals, relevant certifications, and plans for operations, maintenance, and facilities
