Book an appointment

General Food Security Authority (GFSA)

An electronic service provided by the General Authority for Food Security, which allows beneficiaries to book appropriate appointments for them according to the appointments available at the branch chosen for supply without the need to visit the entity.

Start the service

Share The Page

Log in to the Mahasoli platform.
Select “Appointment Booking” from the top navigation bar.
Choose the appropriate appointment.
Add general comments, if any.
Save the order.

Record an appointment for each truck.
Commitment to attend at the specified time.
Commitment that the total supply does not exceed the legally determined quantity.
The appointment can be canceled if it is not possible to attend 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
The official working hours for receiving shipments from farmers are from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
During the month of Ramadan, from 5:30 am to 10 am, except for the Tabuk and Al-Jawf branches, from 6:00 to 11:00.
If the farmer misses two appointments, all appointments will be cancelled.
Supplying wheat according to approved technical specifications.
