GOSI offer an online service, allowing beneficiaries to submit a request for exemption from the regular deadline for applying for the unemployment benefit (Sand), taking into account the circumstances of subscribers and facilitating them without the need to visit the authority.

The existence of an impediment acceptable to the institution that prevented the subscriber from submitting an unemployment benefit (Sand) application within the regular deadline (90 days) for a reason
beyond the subscriber's control and accepted by the institution.
