GOSI offers an online service An electronic service provided by Social Insurance, allowing beneficiaries to cancel registered periods (irregular, incorrect, etc.) without the need to visit the branch

Start the service

Share The Page

Click on “start service” and log in.
Select contributions.
Choose the period to be cancelled (active or prior subscription).
Click on the 3-dots button and choose to cancel the subscription period.
Choose the reason for cancellation and approve the acknowledgement and then click on Save and continue.
Enter the verification code and then click Submit.
Check the request summary and then click approve
You will receive an SMS containing the request number, and you can follow up on the request here.
