Objection service

Ministry of Municipalities and Housing

An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to submit objections to municipal fines imposed during regulatory inspections within the legally specified objection period, without the need to visit the authority.

Start the service

Share The Page

Log into the Balady platform via National Unified Access (Absher).
Select the service.
Review the regulatory inspection visits for the establishment.
Choose the violations to object to.
Submit the objection request.

Specify the reason for the objection and attach supporting documents.

The violation must be approved by an authorized official.
The violation must be eligible for objection under the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing
Submit the objection request within the legally specified period.
