It is a service provided to government agencies and private agencies across the Kingdom, which allows submitting a request to coordinate unscheduled projects through the Baladi portal, during any time of the year. This request goes through a coordination and approval cycle, and if the coordination office agencies accept the project, it is sent to the Secretary for approval either By rejecting or accepting the project to be placed within the project plan and issuing the approved coordination report. This report is considered a requirement for issuing a special building permit for this project.
