Brokerage Contract with tenant/buyer

Broker Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge, and I am fully competent, that all the information recorded is accurate, and I have reviewed a copy of the contract and all official documents pertaining to the parties of the contract, ensuring they match the contract details. I have verified the legal capacity of the parties, and I also acknowledge my responsibility for any damages and consequences that may arise to others in the event that any of the information contained in this contract is inaccurate, or in the case of breaching any of the verification procedures stipulated in this acknowledgment.
Beneficiary/Contract Approver Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge, and I am fully competent, that I agree to the contract after reviewing a copy of the contract and the attached official documents that pertain to me.

If a power of attorney (POA) exists in the brokerage agreement, the person who approves the agreement and receives the text message will be the legal representative. Additionally, the tenant or buyer is allowed to view the contract without taking any action if a power of attorney is present in the agreement.
The system allows residents with a residency or distinguished residency to register on the brokerage platform to accept or reject the brokerage agreement with the tenant or buyer. The registration process for residents will be similar to that of citizens, but not all other services will be available to residents, except for account management and password recovery services.
The system enables the display of a version of the contract "before sending" to the document by the real estate broker. This version will contain a watermark (draft) before the agreement is approved by the beneficiary. Additionally, a version of the contract will be available after it is submitted and approved by both the real estate broker and the beneficiary.
