Select the service:

From the system's homepage, choose 'Add Project'.

Fill out the request:

Enter beneficiary entity details (e.g., establishment name, commercial registration, activity).
Select the field and sector type.
Enter project details.
Upload all required documents.

Review and submit the request:

Review the data and ensure its accuracy, then submit the request.

Track the request:

The consumer can track the request status through the account dashboard.

Issuance of the allocation letter:

Upon approval, the allocation letter is issued electronically and can be downloaded and printed

A valid commercial registration for the business entity:

The entity must be officially registered with the Ministry of Commerce.
The commercial registration serves as legal proof of the entity’s existence and commercial activity.
The commercial registration must be valid and not expired.
A valid license from the Ministry of Industry for the industrial sector:

Industrial sector beneficiaries must provide a valid license from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.
This license proves that the establishment is engaged in legitimate industrial activities and meets the required standards.
This requirement helps the ministry allocate resources to priority sectors and ensure efficient energy use.
A valid license from the Ministry of Investment for foreign investors:

If the applicant is a foreign investor, a valid license from the Ministry of Investment is required to conduct business activities in the Kingdom.
This license ensures that the investor complies with local laws and regulations and allows the ministry to review the establishment’s status to ensure optimal resource utilization
