Electronic service allows male and female parents,as well as residents, to register their newborns electronically, in addition to delivering the documents to the registered beneficiarys address without the need to visit Civil Affairs offices.

Share The Page

Enter the Absher application and choose My Services > register newborns.
Display the welcome page for the services with their terms and conditions.
Select “Next”.
The system displays details of newborns to the beneficiary.
Confirm that the displayed data is correct and choose “Next”.
The system registers the newborn and the beneficiary is transferred to the documents delivery page
Select “Request Document Delivery”.
The system displays the beneficiary addresses registered in Absher
Choose the title and then click “Next.”
Complete the order and pay the delivery fees.
Create a reference number and save the order, after the payment process is successful.

Registration of births within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
A birth notification is required in the Ministry of Health system.
To register a newborn (citizen) through this service, no more than 360 days must pass from the date of birth.
To register a newborn (resident) through this service, no more than 30 days must pass from the date of birth.
Pay any fines registered by Civil Affairs.
Payment of delivery fees.
Having a national address within the Saudi Post delivery range.
