A service that aims to grant certified trainers a license to practice training by submitting an application, paying the fees, and verifying the required qualifications and experience. The service is available in all regions of the Kingdom, including rural areas.

Register in the accredited trainer service.
Fill in personal data, educational qualifications, experience and courses.
Attach a clear personal photo of the face with a white background.
Attach a copy of the national ID.
Attach a copy of the educational qualification and the equivalence of the certificate for qualifications from foreign universities.
A clear video link with sound and image showing the face, physical safety and safety of the senses, and clarifying the training topic, skills and capabilities in training and the necessary training methods for a period of not less than five minutes. A virtual course can be registered without trainees for the purpose of accreditation
Attach copies of documents of experience in the field of training.
Attach copies of training course certificates.
Payment of service fees of 2000 riyals.

To be a Saudi national
To have a bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, or to have a diploma with at least two years of experience unless the training is in professions or crafts that do not require a qualification to perform them.
Health fitness and the ability to conduct training according to the special arrangements for that.
The license is approved within his field of specialization; according to his accredited academic qualifications, unless he has experience documented by an official body, after the approval of the institution.
Passing professional competency tests, or personal interviews determined by the institution if it sees fit, and the institution may assign this to the parties it deems appropriate.
To have a good reputation and good behavior, and not to have previously been sentenced to a penalty for a crime that violates honor or honesty unless his reputation has been restored, and not to have been previously dismissed from public service for disciplinary reasons, or removed from the field of education or training for disciplinary reasons.
