It is an electronic service provided to government agencies and private entities at the level of the Kingdom, where it is possible to submit a request to amend a project plan for scheduled projects or unscheduled projects through the Baladi platform, and it is not possible to amend the emergency project plan, and this request passes a coordination and approval cycle, and in the event of the final acceptance of the project, it is placed within the projects plan and an updated and approved copy of the coordination report is issued without the need to review the entity

The applicant fills out and sends a request to amend a project plan after logging in to the major projects coordination platform from the Baladi platform, verifying the applicant's status, specifying the entity's data, the validity of all data, reviewing the requirements and pledges of the service, acknowledging that they have been read and adhered to.
The application is automatically published to all concerned authorities (coordination and accreditation bodies) and notified of the existence of an incoming request that must be reported within a specific coordination period
Once the coordination is finalized, all stakeholders and the applicant are notified of the existence of an updated copy of the project coordination report and made available for printing.

Coordination with all authorities and obtaining government approvals electronically in the application work cycle.
Commitment to attach a traffic safety plan in the vicinity of the project site and the effects of violating that plan.
Commitment to any updates received from the Project Coordination Office in the event that the maintenance of the project campus is overdue.
Commitment to the dates of the work plan for the project stages submitted with the coordination request.

The project owner is allowed to apply for the amendment of a source project that has an approved and unused coordination report from the construction licenses.
The applicant's status must be verified if he is (facility owner / facility manager) from the Ministry of Commerce or authorized by an establishment through the municipal authorization service.
The application shall be subject to the necessary coordination and approval period for the coordination process between the concerned authorities.
The terms and conditions of the service must be acknowledged.
