Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath)

A set of procedures that aim to process and enforce court order to liquidize the enforced against owning assets in order to settle the court order

Service Level Agreement

Start the service

Share The Page

Register an individual account within Infath center portal.
Raise a liquidation request by adding the assets to be liquidized.
Accept the proposal shared by Infath center.
Review and follow-up the request until ownership of the assets being transferred.

All assigned assets should be owned by the requester.
All assigned assets should be permitted to be sold and do not have any enforced law that prevent the selling.
The owner of the assets should not have any enforced law that prevent him/her from selling the assigned assets.
The requester should review and approve the proposal shared by Entrustment and Liquidation center.

Deed document for realestate assets.
Ownership document from their relative government entity.
Official Power of attorny in case the requester is acting on behalf of the owners.
Mortgage information if there any.
Morror print for vehicles.
