Invest System
An electronic service provided by King Khalid University through the Istithmar platform, enabling the management of investments and investors within the university. The system offers tools to facilitate and automate investment procedures, including viewing and printing contracts, while allowing investors to manage their contracts, access delivery records, and obtain entry permits without the need for in-person visits.

- Log in to the “Invest” system using your username and password.
- Select “Investment Officer” from the menu on the right side of the screen.
- Use the search filters to browse existing contracts or click “Add” to create a new contract.
- Fill in the required fields for contract information and attachments.
- After completing the information, click “Save” to save the contract or “Submit Request” to send the contract to the Investment Manager for approval.
- Monitor the status of the contract through the system until it is approved by the Investment Manager.
